Having a coach in your life can speed up the process of obtaining what you want and

make the journey of getting it much smoother. Having a coach will support you in

becoming clear on what you really want and set up a plan to achieve your goals.

*0-4 points. Most likely you are not ready to hire a coach. During your trial suggestion ask the coach for suggestions on what you could do to prepare yourself to begin the process of change. 0-4分：非常可能你还没有为聘请一个教练完全做好准备。你可以询问教练,寻求意见如何更好准备自己，开始改变的过程。
