Xin L has been an executive coach, facilitator and trainer for over five years. She is an International Coach Federation (ICF) certified Associate Certified Coach (ACC). She got further certification on other methodologies including NLP, team coaching, conflict resolution. Xin is also a counsellor (National Class 2).
Prior to coaching, Xin had 20 years corporate experience in MNCs covering several industries including automotive, die-cut, radiation measurement , with functional expertise in logistic, sales and engineering. These experiences have enabled her to obtain insights about opportunities and challenges in different industries and roles.
Xin holds a Bachelor degree of Physics from Changchun Tech & Science University. Xin likes to do Yoga, listen to music and read.
