coach Sookgi H.

Sookgi has been a professional coach for over 10 years. As a coach with an established track record, she has obtained very solid coach credentials including PCC by ICF, CPCC by CTI, and RCC by WABC. She was awarded Coach of the year 2018 by Korea Coaches Association.

Sookgi works with a comprehensive tool box and theoretical models, including Hogan Assessment, MBTI, situational leadership, iceberg (Satir) model of communication, GROW model and Strengths Finder.

Started her career as a journalist for Korea Times, Sookgi evolved her role to become a PR manager at ESMOD, an international fashion and design business school and then marketing manager for Lee Hecht Harrison, ,a global career consulting company. Sookgi started her coaching career at Deloitte Consulting Korea. She works with senior clients at both multinational companies as well as largest Korean conglomerates.

Sookgi belives in continuous self-improvement . She has been a PhD candidate of Business Management at Seoul School of Integrated Sciences & Technologies. She got her MBA degree in global management from Aalto University . She loves French with a BA in French Linguistics and Pedagogy and completed a Master course in Linguistics in Seoul National University. She also has a MA from Hanguk University of Foreign Languages.
