Pony is a full-time ACC certified coach with more than 200 hours coaching experience. She is also a professional career development planner. Pony provides individual and team coaching as well as training to companies. Her coachees include CEO of private enterprises, sales and HR directors, high potentials and university students.
Pony is involved in postgraduate career development project of Shanghai Normal University and coaching project for MBA of Tongji University.
Started as an engineer, Pony evolved her career through 10+ years experience in HR and talent development, with continuous learning in coaching and career planning. Pony possesses an ability to look into HR issues from business and systematic organization perspectives. She is good at cross-function communication, resource integration and helping business departments improve performance.
Pony received her MBA degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. She also has a Master degree in Computer Applications from PLA Information Engineering University and a B.A. in Electronic Engineering of South-Central Minzu University.
