Philippe is a professional coach and a business owner specializing in strategic talent development and corporate productivity. He offers coaching for executives and managers as well as consultative support in corporate strategic growth. He is a member of ICF as well as Greater Louisville Inc (project lead for Talent Ambassadorship and on-boarding program)
For Philippe’s corporate career, it varied from sales, marketing, clinical research, coaching, management to executive positions. After 10 years’ corporate working experience, he founded his own business to focus on the development of talent capital in terms of training program, competency growth as well as executive and leadership coaching.
Philippe is a McGill University faculty member teaching Decision Making Processes at the International Executive Institute. He has a M.Sc. in Immunology-Microbiology from Université Laval.
