Lily helped me identify my strengths and weaknesses that shed light on my career development path. I received many practical suggestions… regarding how to enhance my personal influence. ..I felt my communications with colleagues became much better. Lily shared with me many useful tips on emotions management which I also applied… I received feedback from my colleagues who witnessed my change. I could see the team atmosphere becoming more harmonious and members work more proactively. During the process, Lily not only led me to think profoundly but also gave me encouragement and recognition … What’s more, I became an open-minded, confident and cheerful person.
Lily inspired me to make positive behavioural changes. She provided me with a lot of coaching support in developing my leadership skills in different aspects. As my boss commented in recent annual performance appraisal, I am now in a much better place in managing my team compared to the start of the year.
