Judith is an ACC since 2015 and Certified in Coach Certification Program by Coaching Australia. She is a senior consultant of Leadership and an Organization Development Subject Matter Expert. Judith is passionate about helping professionals to grow on both a personal and professional level. She works with clients to develop talent management initiatives to help organizations grow.
Prior to coaching, Judith was in HR leadership positions in several multinational corporations. With her extensive experience for more than 20 years in in HR Management, Judith has gained a profound understanding of current HR issues in China, especially in the areas of Talent Management and Leadership Development.
Judith has a master degree of Political Science & Law from East China University and a diploma of HR Management. Judith is a volunteer coach for “Teach for China”, “TongJi University EMBA & MBA”, Learn in Shanghai and HREC coach program.
