Helen has been an ICF certified coach since 2014. She focuses on three coaching areas: leadership development, relationship development and career development. She is a certified trainer on emotional intelligence, social competency and situational leadership. She is also a good facilitator in team alignment and development. She has also developed counselling skills, with prior psychology training in Gestalt Therapy.
Prior to coaching, Helen had more than 10 years working experience in HR functions specialized in learning and development. She provided total solution to develop talents and support business growth with rich experience in organization and talent development.
