My coaching experience with Helen helped increase my awareness of personal emotions and clear out restrictive beliefs that I used to have. I became more confident and received a lot of encouragement. I dare to try more and realize that to accept yourself is to give yourself more freedom to explore more choices. Helen is sharp, honest, calm and tolerant. She took every session seriously and I got her full attention. I found every session a very productive experience. Helen has all the qualities as a professional coach.
When I started my coaching with Helen, I set my goals to be clarifying my values, identifying my strengths and weaknesses, and clarifying future career direction. All of my goals had been realized even before we completed the 10 coaching sessions. Overall I found it very effective. I was really impressed by Helen’s high engagement, professionalism, affinity and listening skills. The powerful questions she had raised prompted me to rethink the real reasons behind. This coaching opportunity was a whole new experience to me.
