Hedy is an executive coach and facilitator mainly focusing on C-suite leaders and executive teams. She has coached over 100 leaders across Asia. Her expertise lies in triggering passion, and supporting clients to achieve business breakthrough, especially in tough situations. Hedy has been a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) of International Coach Federation (ICF) since 2016, and also served as a leading coach of Peer Advisory Group, and PCC mentor of Erickson International. Hedy is well versed with assessment tools including Lominger, Hogan, MBTI and HBDI.
Hedy has about 20 years of experience in leadership development, and senior team effectiveness. For the past 10 years, Hedy has been the OD Leader of the Baosteel Group, a fortune 500 group company. She established the Assessment Center for the company, and developed a special key talent selection and development system based on A&DC(UK) Assessment Centre. Previously, Hedy spent more than 10 years teaching MBA and EMBA courses in Business School at Jilin University, CEIBS and Jiatong University while concurrently she also provided consulting services.
Hedy graduated with a PhD degree in Fudan University in China, with a major in Enterprise Management. Hedy is a seasoned yoga practitioner. She enjoys reading, painting, gardening, and travelling.
