Gebi was trained as a Master Coach at International Coaching Council in 2013. With her passion in coaching style leadership, she has developed many talents and nurtured world-class engineering leaders during her career in Microsoft (8years+) and Intel (15years+). She possesses strong strategic view in product/service differentiation and has outstanding capability to clearly articulate the vision and strategy.
Gebi is the Partner Director of Cloud+ at Microsoft and helped found the China Cloud Innovation Center (CCIC). Her software expertise is grounded in 20 years of practice in various software related positions from development to customer enabling to IT area. She has demonstrated competence in organization skills through establishing top engineering organizations including R&D, customer enabling and operation capabilities.
Gebi holds M.S. of Computer Science and was educated in US. Having lived and worked in the US for over 12 years, she currently lives in Shanghai with her husband and two kids. She loves to exercise, such as yoga, zumba dancing as well as reading and traveling.
