Connie is a C-Suite executive coach and a global executive in senior roles. She specializes in branding, digital marketing, strategic planning, omnichannel sales and user experience. She is the former President of Landor, Greater China – the global pioneer in branding, strategy and design. Connie was leading for 13 years in Ferrero working in Asia Marketing Director and Thailand country head roles. She develops strategies synergizing and integrating marketing, management, psychology and coaching.
Having coached large multicultural and millennial teams in multinationals as well as start-ups, Connie is well versed in people, talent and organization complexities.
Connie is the founder and CEO of Sagax coaching and university lecturer at University of Hong Kong SEA. She has had impressive success in coaching senior executives in role transition, on boarding and succession planning in organizations and industries where agility is critical in rapidly changing business environment.
Connie had her coach training in Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), USA and also in International Coach Academy, Australia. She is certified in TTI Success Insights assessment tools including DISC, Motivators and HD. She is also trained in meditation practices in the Thich Naht Hahn tradition.
Connie is a psychologist by training with an honours degree from UNSW, Australia in Psychology and Economics. She earned her MBA in Hong Kong and pursued further executive education in University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
