With 30 years of multinational, cross border, cross business experience in organization effectiveness as well as learning & development, Albert is a management consultant at IBM Kenexa, KNX China.

In his long career with Shell, Albert had been posted in multiple locations, covering markets of China, Hong Kong, UK, Canada, Middle East, north Africa as well as headquarters in Netherlands.

His specialization was in corporate communications, reputation issues/ crisis management and corporate social responsibility. He is very seasoned in engaging stakeholders, including NGOs and think tanks in influencing public policies and supporting business development. He was instrumental in setting up learning and development programs, covering coaching, leadership training, retail academies, e and m learning, competencies development, high potential candidate identification and corporate cultural development.

With his university training grounded in social sciences with an Honors in counselling, Albert has been a certified internal coach in Shell. He has accumulated well over 800 coaching hours, including over 25 senior executives in headquarters and local companies.

Albert has a Bachelor of Social Sciences from University of Hong Kong and received executive education in Business Administration from University of Calgary.
