Tilman is a certified coach with special expertise on the field of business mediation/ conflict management (non-violent communication), transactional analysis, mindfulness and career transitioning. He is also a multilingual and inter-culturally competent senior consultant, facilitator and business mediator. He accumulated over 500 Coaching hours and 500+ hours of consulting/training/facilitation for clients worldwide. His coachees include VP HR, COO, General Managers and managers of OEMs and Automotive Suppliers.

Prior to coaching, Tilman has nearly 15 years of human resources and 10 years of international leadership experience mainly in the automotive industry. He is an HR and leadership expert, who is deeply committed to cross-cultural communication and relocation preparation. He has lived and worked in multiple countries, including France, UK, Spain, Switzerland, US as well as China and Germany. Tilman relocated to China and has started to provide consulting, coaching and training to leaders of multinational corporations since 2014. Tilman holds a degree in Personnel Management & Economy as well as a Master’s in Educational Science, Psychology and Sociology. He is fluent in German, English and Spanish. He is also proficient in French and possesses intermediate Mandarin language skills (HSK3/4).
