Audrey is an executive coach and global leadership strategist. She specializes in inclusion & diversity as well as intercultural issues. She consults with Fortune 500 companies and develops integrated leadership strategies leveraging program facilitation, coaching, and leadership consulting techniques. Audrey is well versed with a number of assessment tools , including DISC, MBTI, 360 among others.
By integrating her on-stage experiences with her business and coaching strategies, she also creates global training programs that focus on effective communications and presentation skills.
Having worked in channel marketing, marketing communications, product program strategy, Audrey is a seasoned marketing professional with well over 10 years’ experience, where she demonstrated excellent leadership and project management skills in managing cross-functional teams.
Audrey is a graduate of Georgetown University’s Executive Certification Program in Leadership Coaching (accredited by the ICF), and also holds degrees in Spanish and Music from Indiana University. She is the co-author of the book Flex: the New Playbook for Managing Across Differences (2014).

Working with Audrey has been a career and life changing experience.
